Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Processing time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Where we ship to and how much it costs

We currently ship to 56 countries and regions: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Pakistan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and Azerbaijan, and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Shipping fees are calculated by destination country and total order weight (three tiers: up to 0.5 kg, 0.5-1 kg, and over 1 kg) and are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping to South Korea and Japan is free for orders up to 1 kg.

Orders to the United States are shipped via YunExpress tax-inclusive lines, so no import charges are due on delivery. For EU destinations, import VAT is handled under the IOSS scheme through our shipping partner, so no additional VAT is due on delivery; however, EU customs charges are not included — a customs duty of EUR 3 per product category and a customs clearance fee of EUR 2 per parcel apply and are payable by the buyer.

Delivery time

Standard international delivery typically takes 7-25 business days depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed: customs clearance, weather and local carrier delays can affect transit times. Please refer to the tracking information for the latest status of your parcel.

Tracking and lost parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, please contact your local post office and let us know at keyestudio925@gmail.com. We will follow up with the carrier and, in the worst case, reship your order or issue a refund.

Customs and import charges

United States orders are shipped tax-inclusive. For EU orders, import VAT is covered under the IOSS scheme through our shipping partner, so no additional VAT is due on delivery — but the EU customs duty (EUR 3 per product category) and customs clearance fee (EUR 2 per parcel) are payable by the buyer, as are any import duties and taxes charged by other destination countries. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
