The KS4014 turtle robot uses three-channel line tracking: left on P14, middle on P15, and right on P16. Three sensors instead of two mean the robot knows not just that it left the line, but which way it drifted, so its corrections are smoother.
What the build covers
- Assembling the turtle chassis with the TB6612 motor shield
- Reading three line sensors at once
- Writing the steering logic for a three-sensor follower
It is a compact next step after a two-sensor car, and a good classroom demo of why more sensors can mean simpler code.
